Strategic management plays a critical role in shaping organizational performance and long-term sustainability. In today’s competitive business environment, organizations must align strategic planning with sustainable business practices to achieve consistent growth. This study examines the relationship between strategic management practices and organizational sustainability in business enterprises. Using a qualitative approach supported by secondary data, the research highlights how effective strategic decision-making contributes to improved operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and environmental responsibility. The findings suggest that organizations adopting structured strategic frameworks demonstrate stronger resilience and sustainable performance. The study provides useful insights for managers and policymakers aiming to integrate sustainability into strategic planning.
